Olga Anikeyenko, Managing Director
Olga Anikeyenko is a professional Ukrainian ballet dancer with 22 years of experience on theatre stages. She acquired her study in Kiev in the state Ballet Academy. She studied there for 8 years and was trained in the Vaganova Method of dancing. Her teacher was Ms. G. N. Kirillova, who was the successor and student of Vaganova, A. Kalchenko and T. Tajakina. She finished her studies with high honors. In the period of 1990 till 1996, she was hired as a dancer in the Kiev National Theater of Ballet and Opera, where she danced many solo roles. She worked there with famous choreographers like V.Kovtun, V. Litvinov, A.Ratmansky. She also performed in Prag in the National Theater and in the Kairo Opera. From 1997 until 2012, she worked as First Solo Dancer in Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern. During her career, she danced all of the classical repertoire and many contemporary pieces as well. She has been teaching ballet since 2004 and has been a certified Polestar Pilates Trainer since 2008 (Polestar Pilates Education Miami). Olga is also a member of the German Association of Pilates.
Since 2013, she is the managing director of the Pilates Studio and Ballet School Kaiserslautern.
Laure Courau, Co-managing Director

Laure Courau was born in Arcachon, Southern France. She studied classical and contemporary dance at the Conservatoire National de Bordeaux and was taught in the French method. After, she won the third prize at the International Dance Contest of Biarritz. In 1996, she came to Germany and studied at the University of Music and Dance of Cologne where she learned the Russian ballet method as well. She graduated with the Bachelor of Arts certification. Since 1999, she gained dance experience in various theaters like Tanzforum Köln (opera of cologne), South Thuringian State Theater Meiningen, Landestheater Eisenach, Theater Hagen and the Baden State Theater Karlsruhe. Since 2007, Laure Courau has been a part of the Ballet Ensemble at the Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern. She performed under 3 differents ballet directors, often as a soloist. In 2015 and 2016, she also choreographed two pieces for the dancers of the Pfalztheater Ballet Company: „Le Villi“ which is an Opera -Ballet composed by Giacomo Puccini and „The Hours“ composed by Philip Glass. Since 2006, she has been teaching in different schools and has been invited to workshops in Germany and France. Since 2013, she has also been giving classes at the Pilates Studio and Ballet School Kaiserslautern with Olga Anikeyenko.
Dylan is a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates instructor. She received her certification in 2016 after completing her apprenticeship with The Belly Studio in Tucson, Arizona. During her training, Dylan’s focus was on pain prevention and recovery with an emphasis on Fascial dysfunction. She is passionate about the practice of movement and believes it is the key to manifesting a peaceful, strong, and balanced life. Dylan has also worked professionally as an actor for both film and stage and spent four years as a member of the Rogue Theater ensemble in Tucson. She received her BA from the University of Arizona in Studio Arts. Dylan is available for private sessions as well!

Missy is a former Rhythmic Gymnastics National Group Team member who spent 13 years competing nationally for the sport. She has 10+ years experience of coaching all levels from recreational to National Team. This includes leading an intermediate group team to become
Junior Olympic Champions within two years. She is USAG certified and has judged regionally in the States. She has two BA Degrees from the University of South Florida in Dance and Theatre Design. Before Missy left the States, she performed with a local Cirque company, incorporating Rhythmic Gymnastics into acro, aerial and other circus acts.

Raeanne began dancing at the age of three at her local hometown studio in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. She predominately studied classical ballet while also studying jazz, tap, modern, and musical theatre. Throughout her years of dance Raeanne has been fortunate to work with James Sewell of James Sewell Ballet, Daniel and Julie Blake of Ballet Blake, Regina Milam of Dance Etc., and many other prestigious artists from the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Houston Ballet, and American Ballet Theatre. In her 9 years of teaching she has taught ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, creative movement, tots, dance fundamentals, musical theatre, modern, jazz funk, lyrical and contemporary. She has also had choreography featured in musicals, vaudevilles, flash mobs, liturgical Christmas performances, award winning solos and duets, and more than 75 performances. Through her teaching, Raeanne hopes to convey a love of classical dance to a new generation, cultivating in them an undying passion for the art.
